In this event, our primary responsibilities included pre-event planning, on-site setup, and event photography and videography. During the pre-event planning phase, we provided the client with a comprehensive visual presentation plan and sound effects presentation effects for the entire event.

During the event, a special segment featured the playback of a carefully crafted video produced by our team, highlighting the period of lockdown in Perth due to the pandemic.

On the day of the event, our event planner took charge of overall coordination, assigning dedicated personnel to collaborate and communicate with the venue's AV team.
